When you create a new object, does DBClassic reset the camera? This is what it seems to be doing, so I must either:
a) store all the camera details (lengthly and maybe pointless) or
b) make all my objects at the beginning, so using up memory
Is what I observe correct? and if so, how much memory do simple cylinders take (how many is the max.)?

any help would be much appreciated

Turn off the auto camera (autocam off).
