I make these using the app Signs II.Search this forum and download it!tschwarz did an excellent job on this and it's free.
Note:The FPEs and the textures are in the file.I did not include the model as it is a part of his app but you can download the app or make your own model and change the FPE.

Not changing this sig until I get rich

Thanks for the mention I has returned, I'm working on creating transparent images inside signs. This will make it alot more flexible and open up new things like fences and of course irregular shaped signs.
It's always good to login to the forum and see people using Signs.
