i know that DB is not case sensitive but when you have arrays and function and some of the letters in the arrays and functions are capitalized do you have to capitalize the exact letter if i call in the array?

There really is no need for this question, it will take you longer to get a response here instead of just taking 10 seconds to try it out yourself.

To answer your question, no the case does not matter.
