Let's review:
Quote: "Assuming you're running windows, run "sndvol32" and under "options", click "properties". Select the "Recording" Radio button and opt to show all the controls (tick all the boxes). On my sound card, you can tick "Wave" which would get you what you wanted.
To actually record the sounds, you could use sndrec32 or if you want to go a little bit more upmarket - Audacity. Hit the big red circle in either of those and you should get a recording of exactly what came out of the wave device."
STEP 1: Click Start/Run, type sndvol32 and press enter (or click button)
STEP 2: Click Options/Properties, select Recording, and select all the boxes. Click OK and you will see a "Recording Control" window. Click the source you want to use for recording, you want to select WAVE.
STEP 3: Click Start/Run, type sndrec32 and press enter (or click button) Alternately, you can use most any other sound recording software such as Cool Edit or Audacity.
STEP 4: Press Record, start the flash movie, when it's over, hit stop (on the recorder, not the flash movie)
STEP 5: Press File/Save and save the file.
STEP 6: Use your imagination.
