Hey fellows, I am finished with my game, below is the link,

http://depositfiles.com/en/files/6778/RescueRedux1.zip.html

Rescue Redux 1 is an updated version or Rescue Redux

Changes,
I added some graphics, like space ships. Worked on the Lag and enemy AI.

Use Right mouse to pikup items, such as crates. Left mouse to Throw them.
Most items in game are active and can be destroyed or tossed/moved.
Have Fun!

Is......is this a joke?
I think your positioning of entities are bad and the space is too... open.

I think these screenshots makes no sence, you have just put all the entities you could find in that map without careing about the look of the game.

Exactly. Don't rush your games man, and which is more important, don't go immediately editing the game you just made after uploading it to the web. Think before you act.

The dog and spaceship make no sense. The orginal game you made looked much better because you didn't add them in it.

You see, you released the full game three days ago, then edited it and said "It's final version now", and what do we get- a spaceship and a dog. Take time to test your games carefully, and edit ONLY if it's required or you want to make an update. People don't want to download the same file multiple times just because you added a dog and a spaceship and called it the "Final version". No no.

Test your game at least for a week, add new things to it, edit it, make it better before calling it the final version.

What I'd say is, remove this "final version" you made, then go back and improve the Rescue Redux if neccessary. Or start a completely new project.

(Edit) And lastly, don't create multiple threads for the same game. You could have just edited the thread you made before.

It's not usually the computer. It's almost always because of the level design. (i.e my comp is 2.93 Ghz Intel P4, 1gb ram, overclocked Ati X700 pro 256mb, FPSC still laggy sometimes, if not using hallways to block polys) FPSC's engine can't handle everything.

And I thought FPSC could only run at 33 fps max? I've never got a higher amount than 33 fps, even though I would run the game at low textures and no lightmapping.

Besides, I don't think Slow44 said his game would be running slow, I think he just added his name to the end of the post.

It looks a tiny bit rushed.

Take your time on the game making because that game could look really nice.

If make this game a little nicer i will put your game on my game hosting site for you www.gm4u.uk.tc.

Give it a good try and then give us some more screenies then i will consider putting it on my site
