Well,

A nude-oriented FPS would be unrealistic (no, not in that sense--I mean "a near-impossible goal") and weird, not to mention rather inane.

Firstly, the engine is not capable of limb recognition, and therefore should you happen to inflict damage on the enemy, there would be no marks what-so-ever on them.

Of course, I would be opposed to the idea, but that's just me in my "old geezer" tone. The idea of posting it on these forums, of course, is naturally against the AUP and not exactly a great idea in the first place.

And Freddy 007 (and Duke) is correct, you should not post your age on the TGC forums (although, mods themselves are okay with it should the poster be older than, say, 16 or like 18, but I still wouldn't).

There is a huge amount of 12/13/14 year olds here, and although some of them show and do great things, it doesn't deter from the fact that posting naked models is against the AUP. Turbosquid would be the better choice (since users can choose to filter out that media).

EDIT: I have to start checking for second pages!

I resist the idea that mere nudity is somehow sexual. By pandering to the paranoid moralities that say it is we are throwing away our liberty and our free will. Further, I also reject the idea that FPSCreator should only be used for games emphasizing shooting. Having said that, I recognize that this is a democraticly-oriented forum -- and so I will not post any nudity here. That should not stop me from asking where I can find a model, though.

I think there is nothing wrong with nude models because once apon a time we were all clotheless apes. The only way i would have any objection is if there was any sexual activity. There is no need really for nude characters but i myself would find it rather amusing. But i suppose that just shows how sick and perverted our world really is.

Age is irrelevent. People on these forums either use it to hide behind ("i'm crap because i'm 12") or because they want to show off (i'm 12 and look what i can do...). Maturity is everything,

While all of this is highly debatable the fact is that nudity is not permitted in these forums.The answer to the original question is no.They need to start a new FPSC forum where threads like this and the infamous Riker9 threads can be posted and everyone can say whatever they want (within reason) and these threads won't clutter up the FPSC forums.
While this thread has been entertaining at points to read I still stand behind what I said earlier.I think this thread should be locked.But that is just my opinion.
I do agree age and maturity have nothing to do with each other but that is not the point.The point is that this question has been asked and answered and it is time to move on.
On a related note if people read things like the Terms of Service or simply rationalize that the majority of forums on the internet do not permit nudity then this thread would not be in existance.

I really don't think there is any need for nude models, but unless there is sexual activity, i don't find much wrong with it, i mean come on, pg-13 movies say the "f" word now!

so if nudity equals obscenity then the Venus De Milo is obscene?

Because of her breasts and not because she had her arms torn off?

Wouldnt it be great if we had a society that glorified sex and in which violence was a taboo subject, unsuitable for children?

I've got nothing against nudity in games, and I do feel that violence and nudity should be treated equally, but the fact of the matter is that they arn't. We could debate the subject for pages but it doesn't actually change the fact that nudity is not allowed here, period. TGC forbids it. And to that fact, the government is against it. There is an age restriction on that, any of you notice?

Mind you, I'm not quite positive whether or not that applies to nudity in itself or pornographic content, but nonetheless. And remember--yes, nudity is technically allowed to be seen by children. Educationally. Do you think that an entertainment medium where 90% of the games used would feature the shooting of such objects is educational? Probably not.

Anyway, that's enough for this thread.
