Hey. Little help needed. I've created a chainsaw weapon out of Rj's Doom3 Chainsaw, it looks cool (except random transparency) but, how do I alter the range, it's not in the Gunspec.txt or the weapon.fpi If i can just change the range, I'll be that much closer....help!!

I think when you put the weapon in the game like say you place a 9mm on the floor you can right click on it and change the field called accuracy.
But I could be wrong...

You are wrong. I Have no idea how to change the range, but the field called accuracy is actually how close the bullet will be to the center of the crosshair (therefore, how "accurate" a shot the gun is)

It is in the file gunspec.txt in the gamecore folder. There is a property called "range". If its not there just add a property called range and giving it a value of 50 or so would be good for a melee weapon.

the keenblade had a range of 70, anything below would be almost on top of the player.

Doom,where the sanest place is behind a trigger.
