No.

But I've got a question. If I have the blueprints and system specs for a Lamborghini, can I somehow get one for free? I don't have any of the parts or anything, or a factory, or outsourced slaves to assemble it, but it makes sense I should be able to...

I don't mean the source code, I mean Half-Life 1 in Source that came with Half-Life 2.

depends which pack you bought, gold gives all the original halflife releases plus HL2 IIRC, silver has the original HL and HL2 and bronze? is just HL2 (plus lost coast can be downloaded, small but nice level)

[edit] looking on Steam, it seems that the original gold/silver/bronze packs are no longer available, so I dunno, my shop bought pack just had HL2 on DVD, I already had HL/Opposing force/Blue shift and Gunman chronicles (not officil HL but same engine), you could get the other games included at one point, maybe you can download em for less from Steam?

Of course you can, in much the same way you can get Microsoft 2003 Server, 2000 pro, and XP home after you buy XP pro.

The packages I've looked at for half life only contain HL source HL2 and other things, but I would doubt they would let you have HL for free, if they did you would be able to download it straight from steam, I mean, it does mean they get more money

I'll sell you an experimental Lamborghini Diablo for about $5000... mint condition, it was designed by the military as an invisible, lighter-than-air car for spies You can't see it, but you can lift it with your breath... and if you're interested, I've also got a few bridges for sale None of this stuff has halflife built-in, though.

Half-Life 2 : Silver Package, or they also have a Back-Catalog thing too. Check Steam

I just looked on steam, they're selling it for ten bucks. I might get it, even though I have HL:S, just so I can use the mods.
