I have the demo version of FPS Creator. I am currently creating another game using DarkBASIC Pro. Am I allowed to use the textures that come with FPS Creator in my own commercial games?

I think, technically, you need to make or license every aspect of a game before it is "yours". Including music.

But if your operating budget for your commercial game doesnt include 50 bucks for the fpsc models then I would say your chance of you making any money is roughly zero.

No, you are not permitted to take the textures from the DEMO version of FPS Creator and use them in your own games.

Actually buy FPSC and you'll gain that right however.
