they are FREE..
and i'm making a fitness complex for my college assignment, (using my FPS Creator for my designs)
I might also add my gym for a section of my game project too..

I know there are .3ds to .x converters

but these are .MAX files, so i'm lost....
also this site has textures for each model

can someone PLEASE make them FPS Creator ready....
