Im not sure if im allowed to post this here, but i dont see why not, anyways here goes...

Ok, you know how when you need to select multiple things, you hold in the shift(ctrl for single stuff) well my flippin keyboard, or something wont let me do it anymore, actually nothing like it. Such as when in photoshop the clone tool, you have to hold in the alt key to add the clone point. It obviously has something to do with pressing combinations of keys and mouseclicks, but i cant be sure. I've tried updating my keyboard drivers, and my mouse drivers. I'm beginning to think it has something to do with windows, but ive been through all of the keyboard/input crap, well to my knowledge i've been through it all. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

thanx

p.s. BTW I'm running xp pro, and i have a micro wireless keyboard and mouse, except i dont use the mouse because the stupid thing wasn't optical...wouldn't have bought it if i had known...well i substituted a microsoft wireless optical for the crappy ball-thingy one. If that helps.

You ever considered the keyboard broke? Try a different one.

Well...yes...but everything else works fine....and why would i just throw out a keyboard when it's prolly a simple problem, i just lack the solution...and i did try a different keyboard(not a wireless mind you) and same problem, so it has to be some setting...and did i mention that it "used" to work...so that i probably screwed it up in the first place, i just dont know how...
