My father owns a book business and wants to get a website, the only problem is my father doen't have much time on his hands and really wants a web site editor that you can just enter the title paragraph price etc but that is positions it automatically according to the template, sort of like a databasing program! It would make it easier for him (And me) if anyones knows of such a program please let me know!

Or is it possible to make a WYSIWYG editor with Dark Basic pro?

That's not what a database program does, unless I'm missing something.
