I was playing with this cool program and got this idea. Works pretty good ! Also a fun great program to make any photo come to life and talk. Just use it on one of your characters in your game,record what you want it to say. And then make it an .avi file and put it into your game. The program is at www.livingpicture.net "copy and paste link"
you will want the livingpicture web edition. Only 19.99 but very well worth the money ! They have a 3 use free trial as well.
Fun stuff !!!!

p.s. you may want to capture your .avi video with fraps or another screen capture program to cut out the living picture logo.

broken link, but wouldnt a static picture look kind of bad for a cut-scene? even if it did have small movements to make it look like its moving...

Not really. Check it out for yourself ! Very fun program. Make your photos talk and come to life. "friends-dogs-cats-whatever" any photo. It depends on quality of the photo you are working with. But it is a great tool to throw in a storyzone cutscene of a character telling you info and secret places or whatever in your game.

i saw the goat one in the gallery, its actually quite good, i didnt think it would distort the image, of that quality

Mouth talking out the eyeball !! Wow.. that is a change ! What did you put the blinking eyes on ?

This program is fun ! The example stuff they have on thier website does not do it any justice. It is way easy to use and make your own stuff from photos better than thier examples.
Very fun !! I have had it for over a year so far and never get bored with it yet !
