FPSC Classic Models and Media / hud problem

I know what a hud is and where to put it, but whenever I put it up and test the game I'm making, it doesn't do a thing!
All it does is be there.

The hud I am using is called greendream (I got it from fps-files) and it has life and ammo on it, but nethier goes down when I get hurt or when I am using my ammo up!
What can I do?

Or, alternatively, not. You still have health numerics selected, don't you? Are the numerics there, and not going down, or are they just not there?

Screenshots would help this, of course.
