Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has found a problem with the "loop music"
command in DBpro. For the life of me I can't get it to work. My mp3 track will
play through once then just stop. I have tried writing the "music playing" return value to the screen (this should return 1 if music is playing or 0 if not) and found that although it is 1 while the music is playing it remains at 1 after the music has stopped. If anyone has any ideas on what I could be doing wrong. I would be very greatful.
Thanks

Hi PiratSS, thanks for responding...
Yes I did it the way you illustrated. I've been playing about with it tonight and found that if I replace the music track I was using with a much smaller mp3 file it works. Can't figure out why the larger file won't work though.
One of life's mysteries I guess.
Thanks anyway.

Yay, it actually works.

I thought you would say that the code doesn't work or something cuz I don't have a working DB copy right now.

I guess if the file gets bigger, the music has to flush itself much longer to free up all the ram.

I think the way DBPro plays the music is like this:

play,flush,play,flush,play....

This is really bad way, and tat's why people experience the waiting times during playing.(my theory)

Glad you got it working,

Cheers.
