Tune in to ITV/Channel 3 tonight at 12:30am

This show just shows one of the reasons why and how British TV is totally imploded. And I do agree strongly with Comedian Rik Mayall, who said:

"British TV use to be the finest in the world, now it's just totally imploded" .

Don't you just love the really high chance you have of winning the £100,000? If you manage to get through to one of the games ... and if you manage to win the right amount to get to have a go at opening the mint door .... you only have to guess a 4 digit code to win the £100,000!!! Ooo ... one in 10,000 chance ... I feel lucky!

Having said that, one of the female presenters has a cracking set of ....... ... statistics.

'Assets' is the word you're looking for

I caught it the other day and was stunned at it's rubbishness. Even if someone did guess the correct code for the safe, surely they will just cheat and say it's wrong.

Boo!

It would be fun to win some money, but the thing is they want you to stay on the line, and it's 60p a minute!

Haha! Yeah I got to agree with you, mate

But you have to admit, the show is cr*p.

The show is utter garbage. Agreed. But it's 60p per call. They plugged that fact a few times when I saw it. Once you're on hold, you only pay 60p, but no doubt they keep saying "sorry, you've failed. Try again" before you actually call and successfully get put on hold. That way they get you to phone up over and over. It might as well be 60p/minute!

Definately. The episode with the fire extinguisher setting on fire made me *chuckle* like the fool I am.

Wonder how many eff.org/O'reilley (sp?) references there are in that little basement.

Has UK TV picked up in the last few years? Three years ago I traveled there and the TV shows seemed so utterly boring that I about died in my hotel room (4 star with lots of channels too). The only thing that caught my eye was a true story show about some mass murder that attacked some small city.

No. UK TV is pretty lame. Mind you, US TV seems pretty lame as well, just with a bigger budget. Spend more time on the internet and gaming - that's what I say.

The way I see it, the only good thing about TV - information - was outsourced to the Net a while back. Every major news station is on the Net, along with thousands of opinions on that subject. More interactive, I'd say.

"One World, One Web, One Program"-Microsoft ad.
"Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer"(One People, One Kingdom, One Leader)-Adolph Hitler.
