I haven't been around for a while.

Is there a document that tells me everything that has been updated? New commands added, old commands removed or changed, Added parameters etc.

Is the help file documentation updated?

Latest beta just come out. Release notes explain everthing that has changed, which is a hell of a lot.

Unfortunately we have to wait until final U6 or even later until we get updated help files and keyword file, which is a bit of a shame.
