Just dont rip any thing from turbo squid, its better off doing your own work, like I found out when I first came on here.

Psionic released the jeep for commercial use. Here is the license.
It does state that he would like the credit for making the model though.

I was talking to the guy who started this thread.I know you gave him credit.I wanted to make sure that the gentleman who started this thread didn't take credit for it.
I got the model from fps-files.Great site.I was a bonehead and downloaded it from Turbosquid too...lol.
I have quite a few models that I have converted to .x format but I didn't want to put them on the forums because I was afraid that someone might think I was taking credit for someone else's work when I was just posting models they can use.
I don't care what people do with my models that I post.If you look at them you can see that in some cases I might not want the credit...lol.
TeMpLaR1 ,I did not mean that to sound like I was taking a shot at you.You do an excellent job with your site and always give credit where credit is due.If I offended you in any way that was not my intention and I apologize.

I have downloaded it from FPS Files earlier and it's pretty good. It only has steering wheel in both sides. Correct if I'm wrong.

Yes it's from there originally and it can be used in commercial games

You should really change the license on some of the models on your website. You are misleading and misinforming people, you're license agreement is in direct violation with some of the content creators license agreement. That's bad, really bad, since you don't own the models, you shouldn't put restrictions on them if that's not asked by the original owner.

"License Agreement for All Models Models/Scripts on this website are free of charge but they do have restrictions. NO models on this website are allowed to be used for commercial use unless you have received permission or otherwise stated. Do not at any moment think that them being free that there are no restrictions. All models are original works by the authors and their names are provided All Models that do not have authors listed, definitely must not be used for commercial use. Unknown created models were only collected from free resource sites and are not paid for products. A form has been provided for those who have problems with there creations being listed on this website."

I'm not sure that I see a problem with this license that is displayed on the front page of FPS-Files.net. It covers all the bases, especially for a large collection like this. He's not putting any restrictions on the models/media that's what the "unless you have received permission or otherwise stated" part means.
