How can I set an Image as a background for a 2-D wheel of fortune program in DBP?

you could use a big sprite or paste image 1st every frame or a plain object with image on it or a 1x1 matrix and camera pointing down or any other way that takes your fancy and doesn`t kill the framerate, tis up to you.
