My sound fx only seem to play one time. then they are ignored. What am I missing?

i dont know but i would imagine for people to help we would need some code.

Umm, well you see on dark basic professional I am used to a command called : Loop sound and another called loop music

Try that out

I only have classic. The loop music commands plays the sound once.

Also If i call the play sound command, it works, but only once for each sound.

So I need to reset the sounds to the begining in DBC?

try using the play sound command in a do loop command set

I did and like I said: it plays. but only once.

You need a line like this.........

if sound playing(1) = 0 then play sound 1

Thanks pincho that did the trick.

appaerntly if you say play sound 1 and its already playing, it locks up.

and wont do it anymore.
