anyone who abuses power is weak minded, no clause, no secret agenda, pure statement.
I cant see why it would be removed, I cannot speak for cattle or his actions, my opinion is just one of millions. I however dont agree with the action taken.
Personally I would have encouraged any user to improve the skills they have with helpful advice, at least then I would have something to look at with some effort from the user who created it while surfing this place, improving the overall look of this place and the developers who dwell here.
People who are encouraged into developing code and or creating art, usually stop spamming this place with nonsense and in turn might teach one other person, the whole thing snowballs in the right direction instead of negative actions damming up the creativity.
People who are not encouraged, usually build resentment towards the language and the mods who they feel treat them wrongly etc.., this in itself is an excercise in negative practices which in turn allows no one to move forward. This leads to more spam and more waisted time for mods.
If each mod is a reflection of the others, then im dissapointed our image has been tarnished with older wiser members who would read such material.
If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
