ok i have an object 1
make mesh from object 1,2
add limb 1,?(limb number),2

how am i supposed to actually make a limb? or if i already have it then what # is it suposed to be labeled by?

what am i doing wrong?

make mesh from object expects the mesh number, then the object number, you've told it to make mesh 1 from object 2. Try putting both numbers as 1's...

Limb number depends on how many limbs the object already has.
perform checklist for object limbs 1
will tell you how many limbs object 1 already has. if it has no limbs, then you'd put 1 on the add limb line (second parameter); likewise if it had 9 limbs, you put 10 there...

Hopefully that helps in some way

in the tutorials pinned thread there was a tutorial of "how to make a fps. there was a piece that explained limbs very well and for some reason it was taken off. and i don't remember how to make limbs.

All you needed to do was scroll down to the search box and enter "limbs", and you'd get a variety of answeres.

Anyways, read my post on this thread I found it helped quite a few people (also are you talking about my FPS tutorial?)

yeah i tried that there was one that was quite helpful but wether i was doing something wrong, still couldn't get my limb to work
