Newcomers DBPro Corner / How do i do a swipe move with a sword?

Hey
I have just checked out this code snippet and added a litle bit on.

I am tryign to get the sword to just swipe forwards instead of all that moving about when you hold in left mouseclick. Though im not sure how to do this, any help would be great

Hey thanks TDK but is there any way to limit how much it turns because like this it looks like your going to kill yourself

Not looked at that, but it should be just a case of putting a check on the angle you rotate the invisible sphere pivot object that the sword's handle is connected to.

Along the lines of 'if angle < x then angle = x'.

If you can't kludge it, let me know and I'll take a look.
