Excuse me, could someone please tell we if is necessary to pay some type of royalty if you use a real weapon like a desert eagle gun in a comemrcial model pack?

you dont have to pay royalty. cause its a model and not the real gun. shapes are royalty free. names not. i think you couldnt write "microsoft" on one of the desert eagles ^^ well...i even dont think someone wants this

Well, if you'd have to pay royalty, about every historic/modernday game would be out of buisness

I don't think valve paid to use all those guns in couter-strike, so you should be fine.

Oh, if you're thinking about adding weapons, I BEG OF YOU TO ADD A P90!

And DO NOT add hands, cause it limits who the player can be.

You don't get it. If they have hands, they can be used with the FPSC weapons without looking out of place. Plus, lets say your character is a green alien with big frog like hands? Sure, you could make the texture green, but what about the padding? Trust me, hands are a bad idea.
