As the title suggests I am trying to watch movies On my pocket PC but when I convert them and play them it gets a little choppy, why? My pocket Pc is an Ipaq rx1950 specs are

Windows Mobile 5.0
300Mghz
32RAM
1gb SD card at 150x (22mb read speed)

I have 12mb of RAM before I play the movie, and while its playing 8 meg is free, but it is still choppy! Why?

Thanks!

there might be a frame timing issue in your export.
export again with frame ticks set to the fps of the device if your software supports it.
what format & codec are you exporting it to?

is there anything draining system resources while you export, that can affect it.
