Did anyone watch The Street on BBC1 tonight? (9pm till 10pm).

Wow, that was a top quality drama. That's some of the best TV I've seen in a hell of a long time. Quality characters, gripping story, laugh out loud moments and all tied up in a totally believable scenario. Who'd ever have thought a story about an old codger retiring could be so well written? The bit where he's pushed over the edge and lays into the ManU supporters and rips ManU to shreads almost had me pissing my pants.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw up my opinion. I'll be watching the next one. Surprisingly good TV.
