I got catgraphy shop and when I save it and then render to file it goes all white and pale? Any answers ???? click view to see my screwed file

I think that's shading, if it is, I don't know why the floor is the brightest section. See if there are any shading options available in your export options (I haven't actually used cartography shop, so that's just the first thing that springs to mind)
