Hey guys, Im thinking of getting a Nokia 6260, mainly because of its internet feature and its VGA camera (I hope its good) if any of you have it or heard of its good/bad/horrible features, please do tell.

Also, if you can, briefly explain WAP 2.0 and its uses with xhtml/html internet browsers (in phones).

In DBP - 3D is easier than 2D , 2 player is easier than Single player , Dont you think life rocks .. ?

That phone is kinda old. It's not much better than the other Nokia Symbian S60 OS phones. Camera's pretty much the same with ye olde N7650. Honestly, it's functionally the same with the N3650, though you can swap MMCs without turning off the unit, and some other new stuff (I heard it has a radio). Internet features are... meh, mostly the same GPRS experience IMO.

Just buy a $10 phone and a digital camera for $20. Sorted...

I can't believe what I'm hearing. My friend had that phone since last year. Where are you from?

Anyway, you can access WAP sites (think of them as websites that are accessible only through a WAP network; you can still access HTTP sites depending on your SIM provider) and services (like downloading stuff, ie. games/apps/media) through GPRS with that phone. It really depends on your SIM provider, so you should ask them how much they'd charge you for the service.

@Arkheii: Its been like a few months old now, its the N90 that's really the newest. Anyways, yes you're right about the WAP information you provided (I researched and asked my provider, Vodafone) But what about GPRS? Is it an alternative to WAP?

Think of GPRS as the means for WAP to work. Newer phones support newer protocols such as EDGE or 3G.
