Huh? No it doesn't. Unless my blood sugar is particularly low, but that's more of a medical condition.

As far as chronic conditions go, I'd rather have diabetes than anything else. I could have something wrong with my kidneys, heart, lungs. But with diabetes, I'm not physically impaired any any way. I just have to keep my sugars right.
