Newcomers DBPro Corner / Rolling Ball

I finally was able to create a.. well.. semi working game in which a ball kinda slides around... its not very elegant, but here it is:



I seem to recall that to make a ball have the appearance that its rolling, it requires some kinda of formula between the radius of the ball and the velocity of it, but I'm stumped. If anyone could help me out, it would be amazing

Does that code work on your computer???? Because it doesent work on mine. I must do it lok this
to work.

EDIT:

I had to move the "#" from the beginning of the variables to the behind. I thought you couldnt do it in the way you do. However, I use DarkBASIC Pro, but I dont know if thats why.

Ya i use DB classic, so idk, thats strange... huh, but anyways, all I want the ball to do is look like its rolling. Anyone got any ideas??

Use W key to roll the ball, steer with the mouse and press the left mouse button to make the ball jump/bounce.
