I just have a quick and noobie question. Is there a command or way of making a DBC program send an email to a specified address?

If you can load a DLL, just get GoGa's SMTP plugin.

Look at the dll commands. That should tell you how to load dlls and the dll has to be in the same folder as the project if you want to use the plugin which I guess is the only way.

I know for Dark Basic Pro you put dlls in Compiler\plugins-user.
I have never used DBC however, so I don't know if Slayer is right or not.
