Well i use an online program if you search graphitie (CANNOT SPELL) Then goto the top one it will open a little list on the side click the one you want then it will load a little program then just tyep in what you want then press create mess around with it press (prt scrn) goto paint cut it out then put it into a program like signs II or im gettin signs III

As easy as that

Edit--
I only think i can limit the number of words because it looks bad on fps creator otherwise

It does look ok a bit squased and a bit close but i cant do nothin about that

Sorry about double post

I am gettin some graphitie offline (SPELLIN) and i will make them into fpsc stuff because for some unknown reason it looks awful on fpsc the stuff that i made from that graphitie (SPELLIN) place so i did it a different way i will try and make some of my own i will put some of the stuff i have made into that file and see what you think of it
