press either + or - to higher and lower lvls or press page up and page down buttons which places objects slowly litterally more accurate tho

i tried going up the levels but then i coudn't see the tower anymore i put a guy up there anyway, ill test it out hold on 1 sec

Right-click on the sniper so that you can look at him up-close, and then press Page Up to raise him up.

hey i got your answer just press enter until you see the sniper raise up and wa la a sniper in a guard tower
