For a number of project I'm really in need of a number of characters. All of them civilians and civil service. I can model static models myself, but with characters I'm hopeless.
I'm in need of a few civilians, a casual man and woman and a business man and woman would be fine. Slightly friendly looking. Also I'm in need of police officer, fireman, paramedic and doctor. Also a static lying down and sitting hospital patient would be great.
I know some other have stated they're going to work on it but no set dates at all, the best I could get was june perhaps.
As for animations, I would only need an idle and walking animation and if possible a static sitting version of each model. Also I would need permission to re-tuxture them if needed for my projects.
As for quality.... at least as good as the FPSC included characters.
I'm sure others could use these also, so releasing them to the community for as a pack would be great, that way the cost can be spread.
