How do I model the arms/hands that are on the gun? What is the best way to go about doing this? I ask this because I'm having trouble getting it to look good.

Duke, try using a cylinder with 6 sides to make the hand. Iam not going into detail, but a cylinder is a good start for arms/hands.

I use a smoothed cube.

Just keep splitting and extruding faces.

@Matttess

Using 5 cylinders tends to up the poly count alot.

I use one cylinder, then extrude. My hand models where my first cylinder modeled stuff. They are about 400 polys or less.
