Ive just modelled a M18 Claymore mine. It will work in fpsc, so if you get to close it will explode. The texture is all thats left to do on the model.

Feed back is welcome.

Too much for half the users here:S. All you need to do is pay someone a little money and have them do your models for you.

Thanks jon, I decided I would give all my untextured models raytrace, so that they look nice.

By the way, did my email help you out?

I've been trying to get the clay material to render in TrueSpace; no luck though.

yeh i got your email, thanks Higgins, i'll have to try out my sword ingame soon

have you used skylights and lighttracer yet? it can make some nice soft spongey shadows, and will work great with untextured models, almost real in fact

example:

thats just using 1 Skylight and the deafult settings on LightTracer

I havent done much with lighting in max, I just stick to the modelling side. Ill try out the skylight now, then post the image I get.

AK47, Claymore's do not stick on walls, they are anti personal mines for placing on ground level. Ill look for other mine types on google and make some.
