I am having a problem with textures in milkshape. When I texture
the models i make they always appear as one solid color. It didn't
used to do this. Anyone one no what is wrong or what I am doing wrong?

If they appear as solid black it's because your vertex are inverted, select the object then go Face > Reverse Vertex Order

yes i know this. the faces are all facing the right way. But if i put a gravel texture on the model it appears solid gray. If i use a water texture(with detail like ripples and things) it appears solid blue
