i've got a few questions:

1. if I use Dark Game SDK (commercial license) would that mean that I can sell my game not as a Shareware Game but as a Commercial Game?

2. what is Object Code Format? are EXEs examples of this?

3. If I make a game using Dark Game SDK and distribute it, I own the EXE, graphics, sound files, while TGC owns only the Dark Game SDK libraries that I used, right?

For the first one im not sure about sdk but it should be in the original license agreement, im pretty sure your allowed to use you end product how ever you wish with most of tgc software but i could be wrong.

I thnk object code format refers to scrip programming.

Any media you produce and use in your game but the libraries with sdk may also have a royalty free license which means anyone that's purchased sdk can use them how you wish. Again check your license
