Hi. I am in desperate need of some wall and floor segments for my game. it is a game based inside and around a military virus research facility. so things like:tiled floors;tiled walls;padded cells;blood splatted rooms.

Why don't you make your own? Just downlaod Sings 2. It is a free program for making your own sings, floors, walls and rooms.
