OK in the command help of DBP it says you can use Heightmaps.

BUT what file format are they in and in what colors?

Greyscale bitmaps - actually check on that. I may be thinking of Blitz.

Yes. And heightmaps are mostly used with the advanced terrain. Though you can use them with the old terrain as well as matrixs if you search the forums.

Well,i got the map inserted,and all,but now for some reason my DBP crashes already re-installed 4 times...

Try posting your code. I know advanced terrain will crash if you don't do it right.

i deleted it because i started the whole game over again.

as i am a noob to this,im stupid enough to code an FPS from scratch...but my snippets didnt fit good so i just start over again.
