I have decided to get into modeling, so here is my first ever model, however why does it look wierd in FPSC?
It looks fine in milkshape, but completely daft in FPSC

I thoughtyou would have known by now. Make it a jpg or not many people will bother downloading it.

Looks good in Milkshape but not as good in FPSC (like you said). It looks like there are missing faces. In flat shaded mode, see if there are any black triangles. If so, select the black ones and press ctrl+Shift+F. They should turn light grey like the other faces.
