Looks good; when you mirrored the graphic for the outside block (with the skull), you can see the line between the outside and inside block. But it looks better, and is easier to read.

OK here's some more qualitative constructive criticism...

Good: The target in the middle, the glowiness of the red.

Bad: The unreadable font

Ugly the bluriness of the font and the texture of the font. It's too hard to read the name and the name doesn't stand out very well amid all the colors. Here's a suggestion:

[EDIT] Oh I see it's "Gaming" not "Games." Still you get the idea --brighter letters.

I give it negative 100. I look at it and see "Tacty 12 year old work". I also have to ask, why is it all kids design their web sites with a black back ground with red font? I call these kids, the AOL league.

Whisper, most gave you constructive criticism. Don't let a flame get you down. Your logo is pretty nice. I would just make the font easier to read.
