FPSC Classic Models and Media / Good Idea (In my opinion) for Model Pack 3

I don't own FPS Creator yet but I am going to buy it. I thought a cool idea for model pack 3 would be a civilian/urban type catagory. You could like build your own houses, neighborhoods, cities, etc. Do stuff like place civilians in houses, buildings, on the streets, whereever and be able to kill them and stuff. I guess you could say a little bit like GTA. Also you could add cars (animated) that would drive on streets. You would have house objects like furniture and stuff. Also it would be cool if there was like a scream sound when you killed a civilian. You could add weapons like knives, throwing knives, cleavers, dual uzis, shotguns, etx. Now this is sorta weird but u could have funny weapons like throwable scissors, forks, hand to hand combat, pool sticks, machetes, etc. Also the buildings could have multiple stories and stuff. You could place banks, gorcery stores, weapons shops, business buildings, skyscrapers, etc. You could also add police and stuff. God I have a lot of ideas so I'll just stop now. Plz reply with your thoughts and comments. By the way I cant make these objects and stuff myself so somebody else would make it.

As good as that all sounds, you cannot have a FPSC game like GTA, the engine wont allow it unless you have 2x GeForce 9900 Ultra (which doesn't exist) in SLI mode and 9gb of RAM.

true, but you could create about a 1 block of san andreas, and i meant like a block with houses and sidewalk and stuff, like in saying, Mom, its only two blocks away....... not a block like a square...

I'm not saying u wuld make it like GTA, I'm just saying you would make those objects and have like a neighborhood level or city level. Because of coarse making a game like GTA would be impossible with FPS creator.

Higgins I have read ur other posts and I must say you seem very immature and you have a bad additude. I suggest you stop this if you want to make the forum a better place and if you want people to respect you. Also, don't think I'm a "Excited 10 Year Old With a Plan" just because I have a rather ridiculous plan. Also that is one of the worst insults I've ever heard. Just because I have a ridiculas plan doesn't mean I'm 10 either. Judging by your behavior I doubt you are even older than me. Even if you are older you certainly aren't as mature. The reason why my plan was ridiculous is because I'm a beginner and I don't personally own FPSC yet. I hope you take this under consideration.

I think they are going to concentrate on characters and weapons for Model Pack 3...or at least that was the imression I got.
As was previously posted FPSC is not designed for outdoor levels.I have made some but they are brief levels.
Some of the stuff, like some of the buildings, weapons, etc. are available but not nearly your whole list.
There is a way to make cars move but I don't think the kind of traffic you are looking for is possible.
You can change the sound that is made when someone gets shot by adjusting files in your audiobank folder. This has been discussed more thoroughly elsewhere.
Use the search function at the bottom of the page and look in the thread "Free stuff".You may find some of what you are looking for.
If you are looking to make a GTA clone you are probably out of luck.
What you are talking about doesn't sound like a first person shooter to me.
I applaud your effort in coming up with this.If you work at it you might come up with something good.
It didn't take me long to figure out whatever you had in mind when you started with FPSc will change quickly.
Sometimes I learn something new and I have to scrap my whole project and start over again. That's okay with me.I have no deadlines, appointments or expectations to worry about and I can do whatever I want within the limits of the engine.
FPSC is designed to be fun..and it is.As long as you are having fun with it don't worry about the rest of it.
Welcome to the forums.

To have a GTA game with this you need the graphic card of the PS3.

this sounds like one of those things, where you dont have it just yet and you're busting your jeans with ideas. then you'll get fpsc. realise all the limitations and see why people are semi-flaming you.. plus alot of the stuff you're suggesting for Model pack 3 already exists, or can be made from existing segments.

@DiAbLo94

Yeah, and a golf course, hotel with swimming pool and babes, and an airport.

But seriously, good ideas all. Don't let anyone tell you what you can or can not do. Your imagination is the limit. Yes, there are limits to what the program can do and some people let that stop them from doing things. Other people find ways around the limitations and create what they want.

This program is for you. I say go for it.
