ok i have a live connection with a hacker like right now he/she is asking for bank logins and crap and i could very easily get name or things like that he/she seems over confident but i have no idea what to say

Why ask us ? Its something only you can deal with, or just ignore.

well i wanted for something to happen with getting into peoples bank accounts and credit cards; that is a frikkin crime isn't it

Dont believe everything you read on the internet, in chat rooms or in forums. Due to the poor spelling, you've either got a bored 24-year old or someone who's English is about as good as a penguin on sand.

Who would you report to ? And if some official came around and demand to know what they were up to - all they would need to say is "we're having' a larf, guv".

Just ignore them and continue your journey through life...
