Hello, everyone.

I recently bought DarkBASIC Professional after trying the trial and I have to say its pretty good.

But I have a question, if you set a backdrop colour in your program; how can you then get text using the text or print command to show up. I have tried setting the ink color to black on my background but it doesn't work. Am I missing something. Here's my program:

Thank you kindly in advance.

Where is your program?

Anyway, in answer to your question, if you need 3D and/or sprites with text at the same time in your program, then you have to take control of when DBPro shows you what it's done.

Thanks. Here's the source code for what I have done.

Its a presentation, so I want everytime I press a key for it to move forward a 'slide' so I can't use the do loop like that. How can I add text over a backdrop then?

Thanks again.
