Is there a Windows GUI for DBC? I know Blue GUI is for DBP, but is there one for DBC?

Hey, Gui Means Grafical User Interface http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_gui.html Dark Edit is a program for dbc that changes the dbc gui

actually that is a good question. and you guys dont pay attention. He doesnt want an IDE he wants a GUI for DBC.
