Hi

I'm using darkbasic Pro, and I can't seem to get the 3ds models to work. They just wont load. The compiler stops and states "file does not exist".

Is my installation of Darkbasic corrupt, or is there some other reason.

.x files work ok

Im just using the ninja example that came with darkmatter.

I think that 3DS is still being fixed, DB Pro is still being updated. 3DS is easy to convert to X anyway.

Well I use Milkshape 3d, you can Import an object. Then export it as a Direct X file. Below is a link to the website.

renegade to export a 3ds to a .x you need a plugin named Panda

Make a recherche on google for Panda plugin 3ds and download it, after install, when you are in 3ds, click files-export- panda x and all is done

If Zeddex can, you can. If you have an idea, make it.
