Does any one know of any PC Access Control freeware? I have tryed google and loads of sites though its all sharware

Er no, he doesn't want VNC, that's to allow you to control it remotely, he wants to limit the actions a user can do on the PC. I'm sorry I can't help you there, but I wanted to make sure you weren't looking down the wrong road -_-.
