Could anybody explain to me how to add plugins to the GIMP? I just downloaded the Plasma2 plugin, but I have no idea how to plug it in. I did find one site that explains how to do it (http://www.nuclecu.unam.mx/~federico/gimp/tutorials/add-new-plugins.html), but I find it thoroughly confusing.

Nevermind. Apparently it is absurdly hard to add plugins to the GIMP in Windows. Fortunately, I found a precompiled version.
