I want to start a game with using the game menu. Is it possible with a script ?

I think you meant to right I want to start a game wihout using the game menu , anyways i think merranvo(did i spell it right? lol) posted a script for it lemme go find it .

Replace the arenapage.fpi located in languagebank\english\gamebank\arena AFTER COMPILE with those lines.

Make sure it is the files folder located in the COMPILED GAMES Folder located in the 'my games' folder in the FPSC Folder... else you may have to reinstall FPSC or get someone to send you the files.
